The Mets have signed journeyman starter Aaron Harang to a minor league deal. He will report to Triple-A Las Vegas. Harang, 35, had a 5.76 ERA with 6.5 K/9 and 2.1 BB/9 in 22 starts this season.  The Dodgers traded Aaron Harang early in the season to the Colorado Rockies — who flipped him to the Seattle Mariners. The New York Mets will be his fourth organization in 2013 alone.

The 6’7” right-hander has pitched for 12 years in the MLB, with a career record of 110-115 and a 4.29 ERA. He recently found success in San Diego (14-7, 3.64 ERA) and Los Angeles (10-10, 3.61 ERA) in ’11 and ’12 respectively.
