The former Indy ball pitcher has a 3.94 ERA in 15 minor league starter this season between Double-A Binghamton and Syracuse. I had a chance to talk to Chris about his wild baseball journey.

Nogosek, 24, has allowed eight runs on 12 hits in only 6.2 major league innings this year for the Mets. He was acquired back in 2017 when the Mets traded reliever Addison Reed to the Red Sox.

The continue to carry a 13-man pitching staff and four-man bench.
