Mets announced that Rafael Montero will be optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas to make room for Danny Muno who has been added to the 25 man roster and will be available to play tonight.
Montero, 24, appeared in four games for the Mets and posted a 4.15 ERA over 4 1/3 innings.

The Mets announced that they have called up infielder Danny Muno from Triple-A Las Vegas.
No corresponding move was announced but it seems pretty apparent that the Mets will return to a seven man bullpen and that Erik Goeddel will likely be optioned to Triple-A.
Muno was batting .235 with a .599 OPS in 22 plate appearances for Las Vegas, but had a solid spring in big-league camp batting .327 with an OPS of .889 in 52 at-bats.
