Quinn Brodey hit a go ahead two-run home run in the top of the third inning. Drew Ferguson hit an RBI single in the top of the ninth that extended Syracuse’s lead to 4-2. Jake Hager had two hits, including a double in which he was thrown out at third base after he tried to stretch it into a triple. Khalil Lee was promoted to the big leagues earlier in the day.

Kilome and De La Cruz combined for seven innings and only gave up two total runs to start off the game. Yennsy Diaz then made his first appearance as a member the Mets since they acquired him from Toronto this past winter.

Altoona (4-3) 7, Binghamton (0-7) 2 Box Score

Carlos Cortes hit an RBI double in the bottom of the ninth, it was his second double of the season. Mark Vientos‘ only hit of the night came on a ground ball to right field. Desmond Lindsey pinch hit for the pitcher in the bottom of the ninth and struck out.

Mets center fielder Wagner Lagrange hit his first home of the season.

It turned out to be a bullpen game for Binghamton, with no pitcher lasting longer than two innings. Marcel Renteria and Ryley Gilliam each pitched two scoreless innings with neither of them giving up any runs.

Brooklyn (4-3) 3, Greenville (2-6) 2 Box Score

Ronny Mauricio‘s only hit was an RBI ground ball single in the top of the fifth. Brett Baty was on base twice in his four plate appearances and also recorded his first stolen base as a professional when he led off the fourth with a single and stole second. Adrian Hernandez hit an infield single in his first at-bat.

Starting center fielder and leadoff man, Antoine Duplantis, knocked in two of the Cyclones runs. Matt Winaker also had two hits and a walk in the game.

Butto made his second start of the season and pitched four innings of one run ball. Bryce Montes de Oca pitched a scoreless inning out of the bullpen and hit 100 MPH.

Daytona (4-3) 2, St. Lucie (5-2) 0 SUSPENDED Box Score

The game was suspended in the middle of the third inning due to weather. Shervyen Newton struck out twice and Francisco Alvarez grounded out in his only at-bat.

A two-run home run given up by Bryant in the second inning was his only major blemish in his two innings of work before the game was suspended.
