- Drew Gilbert left Wednesday’s game early after getting hit in the penis area with a pitch.
- On Wednesday, Brandon Sproat was ejected in the fourth inning for arguing with the umpire.
Portland Sea Dogs (64-45) vs. Binghamton Rumble Ponies (56-51) – 6:35 PM
- Nolan McLean tossed 5 1/3 innings of scoreless ball on Wednesday.
- Right-hander Jordan Geber gets the start for Binghamton.
Brooklyn Cyclones (52-58) vs. Wilmington Blue Rocks (51-58) – 6:35 PM
- Utility player D’Andre Smith is hitting .387/.406/.548 in August.
- Right-hander Justin Lawson will be making his first pro start.

St. Lucie Mets (37-71) vs. Daytona Tortugas (53-54) – 6:35 p.m.
- Mets 2024 first-round pick Carson Benge is making his St. Lucie debut after getting his feet wet in the Bridge League last week.
- Sixth-rounder pick Corey Collins is also making his St. Lucie debut on Thursday.
