Hansel Robles (6-1) collected the win on Friday night, and finished the month of August 4-0 without allowing an earned run, as Brooklyn defeated the Staten Island Yankees 5-1.
Robles hasn’t allowed an earned run since July 28th against the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. His scoreless streak of earned runs extended to 36.0 innings Friday night, the longest streak by a Cyclones starter all season.
