Tim Britton of the Athletic reports that the Mets are calling up Matt den Dekker and Jacob Rhame from triple-A Las Vegas and will send down Drew Gagnon and Kevin Kaczmarski to make room for them.

Gagnon made his MLB debut last night for the Mets and allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings. Meanwhile, Kaczmarski only had five plate appearances with the club despite being on the roster for more than two weeks and did not record a hit in that span.

Den Dekker, 30, was hitting .286/.336/.524 with 11 home runs and 34 RBI in Las Vegas and is making his first appearance with the big club this season. He is starting in center field tonight and hitting sixth.

Rhame has had multiple stints in the majors this season including one a couple of days ago for the doubleheader. The 25-year old has allowed 10 runs in 13 2/3 innings of work in the majors.

A 40-man roster move will need to be made to make room for den Dekker so keep refreshing the page as we will update it once one is announced.
