Mets’ outfielder Keon Broxton departed Saturday afternoon’s game against the Boston Red Sox with an apparent leg injury.

Broxton, 28, was attempting to rob Boston’s Rafael Devers of an extra-base hit when he crashed into the wall. He was seen favoring his knee, but was able to leave the field on his own power, albeit limping a bit.

The Florida native was acquired by the Mets’ this offseason in exchange for a trio of prospects. He has been penciled in as New York’s fourth outfielder, but should he miss an extended amount of time, the team has reinforcements in Rajai Davis and Carlos Gomez among others.

On the Spring, Broxton has gone 3-for-14 with with seven walks.
