The New York Mets travel to Jupiter on Wednesday to face the Miami Marlins at 1:05 PM. The game will not be broadcast on TV or radio, but you can follow along on Game Day at Mets.com.

Mets ace Matt Harvey takes the mound and is slated to throw 50 pitches, or roughly 3-4 innings. He will be opposed by RHP Henderson Alvarez for Miami.

Harvey was perfect in his last start, retiring all six batters he faced while hitting 99 mph with his fastball. Noah Syndergaard will follow Harvey on the mound.

Bobby Parnell tweaked the hamstring on his left leg and will not throw live batting practice Wednesday, but expects to return to action in the next few days.

Ruben Tejada is playing third base today as he eases into his new utility role. He hasn’t played an inning at third in the majors or minors.
