Right-hander Robert Gsellman worked his fourth rehab start for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies on Friday, tossing six innings, walking one and scattering three hits while striking out five en route to a 6-1 victory.

Gsellman, 24, has been working his way back from a left hamstring sprain that has sidelined him since the end of June.

On Aug. 6, Gsellman was tagged for three runs on seven hits in just 2 2/3 innings of work, but got back on track Friday night.

For the season, the second-year pitcher is 5-5 with a 6.16 ERA in 17 games pitched (14 started).

More starting pitching reinforcements are on the way, as Matt Harvey will also begin a rehab assignment on Saturday at Dutchess Stadium, as the Brooklyn Cyclones take on the Hudson Valley Renegades.
