According to several beat writers via Twitter, Sandy Alderson just told reporters that outfielder Carlos Beltran has received another cortisone shot on his left knee (the good knee) and will be out at least another 2-3 days.
Beltran still says he will be ready for Opening Day.
Since playing one game as a DH, Beltran has missed 15 days.
