In a Zoom press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Mets skipper Luis Rojas told reporters that Robinson Cano has officially arrived at Summer Camp, as per MMO’s Jacob Resnick.

The second baseman had been absent from all camp activities up to this point, and Rojas could only express his hope that the team would see Cano soon without providing a timetable for his return.

During the call, Rojas also noted that Cano would be taking part in practice later that afternoon, and that he looked to be in great shape.

With Cano’s appearance today, the only two players who have yet to arrive at camp are relievers Brad Brach and Jared Hughes. Rojas, although asked about said players’ whereabouts, again did not have an answer as to when we might see them.
