Thole Called Up; Blanco on Bereavement

According to Adam Rubin of ESPN New York, Henry Blanco has been placed on the bereavement list which has forced the Mets to call Josh Thole up to fill his roster spot. Thole has struggled in AAA posting a .203 AVG with 1 HR and 10 RBI in 21 games for Buffalo.
