The New York Mets made a pair of roster moves on Wednesday afternoon. Catcher Chance Sisco has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse and will wear No. 77. In exchange, right-handed pitcher Yennsy Diaz has been optioned back to Triple-A Syracuse.

In 38 games with Triple-A Syracuse, Sisco was batting .208/.322/.468, with a .790 OPS. He hit five doubles, five home runs, had 14 RBI’s, 11 runs scored, and 16 stolen bases.

Diaz is 0-2 with a 4.15 ERA this season and has 20 strikeouts over the course of 21.2 innings pitched for the Mets and a 1.34 WHIP. He has been moved around quite a bit in the last few months for the Mets.
