The Mets lost a thriller to the Dodgers Friday night, ultimately falling 6-5 in 10 innings. They trail the Phillies by a half game in the NL East heading into Game 2 of a three-game set against the Dodgers, which picks up tonight at 7:10 p.m.

Per Pat Ragazzo of Sports Illustrated, Mets’ right-handed pitcher Dellin Betances began rehabbing from season-ending shoulder surgery and is set to begin throwing in Novemeber. He will then play in the Winter for the Dominican Republic.

- UT Drew Jackson placed on seven-day injured list, retroactive to August 12th.
