The Mets have a difficult road to the playoffs but took the right step yesterday with a win in the series opener. Yesterday the Mets offense clicked and the Mets relatively quickly built up a 7-0 lead before some 9th inning shenanigans brought the score to 7-3. Every game matters for the Mets and, as long as they keep winning, eventually things will break their way.
