Who’s Hot: Luis Guillorme, INF

The now-regular infielder for the Mets has gone 9-for-21 over the last week. Guillorme currently has a .410 OBP, the fourth-highest in MLB among hitters with at least 150 plate appearances.

Who’s Not: Nick Plummer, OF

The rookie outfielder got off to a fast start with the Mets, though he’s gone 0-for-20 with nine strikeouts in June.

Injury News

Mets could get Max Scherzer back in the rotation on Sunday and catcher James McCann is expected to come off the injured list this weekend. Jacob deGrom also recently tossed live BP for the first time since his shoulder injury.

Atlanta Braves (41-30, 4.0 GB)

Who’s Hot: Dansby Swanson, SS

The Braves shortstop has three home runs in his last three games and a 1.241 OPS over his last 13 games. The 28-year-old is slashing .302/.368/.500 with 14 doubles, 12 home runs, and 11 stolen bases this season.

Who’s Not: Marcell Ozuna

The outfielder is 4-for-22 with nine strikeouts in his last six games. Lowering his OPS down to .693 on the season.

Second baseman Ozzie Albies underwent surgery on his fractured left foot last week and is expected to be out until at least the middle of August.

Philadelphia Phillies (37-34, 8.0 GB)

Who’s Hot: Kyle Schwarber

The power-hitting outfielder has four home runs in his last eight games and he’s also walked six times in that span. Schwarber is tied with Pete Alonso for the National League lead with 20 home runs.

Who’s Not: Nick Castellanos

This Phillies other power-hitting outfielder isn’t hitting for any power recently, in fact, Castellanos has gone the entire month of June without a home run. Castellanos has a .524 OPS in June that has lowered his OPS+ for the season all the way down to 95.

Injury News

Bryce Harper will have his elbow re-evaluated next week. The superstar has been limited to DH duties most of the season while dealing with right elbow soreness. The reigning MVP winner has a 181 OPS+ this season despite the elbow issue.

Who’s Hot: Jon Berti

The Met killer has stolen 17 bases in June without being caught and he leads the majors with 21 steals overall. The last time (and only time this year) that Berti was caught stealing came back on April 28. The versatile speedster is also hitting .309 with a .378 on-base percentage this month.

Who’s Not: Jorge Soler

The veteran slugger has a .633 OPS with 27 strikeouts in his last 69 at-bats for the Marlins. During that span, he has only 14 hits.

Third baseman Brian Anderson has been on the injured list with a disc bulge in his spine since late May, but he recently started a rehab assignment and could be back soon.

Washington Nationals (25-47, 20.5 GB)

Who’s Hot: Luis Garcia

In 21 games since his promotion from Triple-A, Garcia is hitting .329/.341/.463 with five doubles, two home runs, and 10 RBIs. The recently turned 22-year-old is finally showing why he was one of the Nationals’ top prospects.

Who’s Not: Steve Cishek

The veteran submariner has allowed seven earned runs in his last three outings. The bad stretch has ballooned his ERA up to 5.22 for the season.

The 38-year-old Aníbal Sánchez started his rehab assignment on Thursday in the Florida Complex League. Nationals’ starter has been out for the season with a cervical neck impingement.
