Morning Briefing: The All-Star Break Is Miraculously Here

Good morning Mets fans! The Mets are off until Friday due to the All-Star break. They finished the first half with a record of 39-55 and tied for last in the NL East.

Yesterday, Corey Oswalt threw a gem over five innings but the Mets (39-55) were defeated by the Nationals (48-48) 6-1 at Citi Field.
