Mets Hope Cespedes Will Play Rehab Games During All-Star Break

John Ricco told Joel Sherman of the New York Post today that he hopes that Yoenis Cespedes will be able to appear in rehab games during the All-Star break next week.

Cespedes was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a strained right hip flexor on May 16 and has suffered multiple setbacks since then. Before his injury, Cespedes appeared in 37 games and hit .255/.316/.474 with six doubles, eight home runs, and 28 RBI.
