Cubs Bring On Jim Hickey as Pitching Coach

The Chicago Cubs have signed Jim Hickey to a three-year deal to become their pitching coach according to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.   The New York Mets removed lefty Tommy Milone from the 40-man roster. He cleared waivers and elected for free agency.
