D’Arnaud Pulled After Getting Plunked Below Right Elbow

Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reported that Mets top catching prospect Travis d’Arnaud was removed from Friday’s game against the Detroit Tigers in the middle of the fifth inning after he was plunked below the right elbow by righthander Luke Putkonen.
