Adam Rubin of ESPN New York has the breakdown of Chris Capuano’s contract incentives that could increase the value of the $1.5 million dollar guaranteed deal to over $4.5 million dollars. Here goes: $1,500,000 base salary. Happy New Year everyone. It looks like the Mets made a couple of interesting moves yesterday with the signings of lefthander Chris Capuano and righthander Taylor Buchholz, both of whom can be classified as reclamation projects at this point.
