After several delays, free agent first baseman Carlos Delgado will finally be making his winter league debut on Sunday, according to a report out of Puerto Rico. According to Bill Ladson of MLB.com, reliever Matt Capps has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Nationals, pending a physical.
