According to Jayson Stark from ESPN.com, free agent pitcher Chien-Ming Wang is reconsidering his plan not to return from shoulder surgery until a couple of months into the season. The Mets have signed 33 year old relief pitcher Josh Fogg to a minor league deal, according to Troy Renck of Denver Post. Fogg had a 3.74 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in 45.6 relief innings for the Rockies last season.
