Cespedes and Cabrera Activated, Kelly and Rivera Optioned

The Mets have officially activated outfielder Yoenis Cespedes and infielder Asdrubal Cabrera from the disabled list and optioned both TJ Rivera and Ty Kelly to Triple-A. Cespedes has been out since August 3 with a strained quad, and had been playing through the injury for weeks before that. He and his .289/.362/.548 batting line will provide a much-needed boost to a struggling Mets offense....
