40 Man Roster Updates: Mets Reinstate Harvey and Parnell, Outright Four To Triple-A

The Mets did some housekeeping today and outrighted relievers Scott Rice, Dana Eveland and Buddy Carlyle, and infielder Josh Satin to Triple-A Las Vegas. The Oakland Athletics announced that they have claimed outfielder Andrew Brown off waivers from the New York Mets.
