Baseball is back and the Mets will have Rafael Montero on the mound to throw the first pitch of the Grapefruit league season for the Amazins.

Also scheduled to pitch are Jacob deGrom, Logan VerrettMiguel Socolovich, Adam KolarekGonzalez Germen and Jeff Walters.

This afternoon, Terry Collin joined Sandy Alderson and David Wright in the “90 Wins in 2014″ mantra.

“If our players perform like we know they can, we’ll be fine. If we get that special season from someone, we’ll be better than fine.”
