Niese Has Partial Tear In Rotator Cuff

Jonathon Niese has been diagnosed with a partially torn rotator cuff, although surgery may be avoided according to assistant general manager John Ricco. Plawecki Homers, Drives In Four In St. Lucie Debut

Catcher Kevin Plawecki slammed a two-out, three-run homer in his first at-bat with Advanced-A St. Lucie last night, who beat Palm Beach by the score of 8-6.
