so plenty of time for guys that started hot to cool off, and slow starters to heat up. There is also the very real possibility that the FO will pick up another OF toward the end of ST (a trade or roster casualty). In any case, the roster will sort itself out.

My guess though is there will be quite a bit of turnover during the season. You may see a guy like Byrd make it while Dekker goes to AAA to get his hitting going, and my June have Byrd toasted and gone. And would not surprise me at all to see a deadline trade bringing back someone new.

so if nothing else, it should be a very interesting year trying to sort out the OF!
