Of course, we as fans do not really know the true Gary Carter but have a strong understanding of him as the person not just by all that was written about him – but as brought out by your fine example of the tank, all the things that were NOT written about him.

Wishing your wife well as the delivery day approaches. Am sure she and the new born son will be fine. And from reading the way you write about things, am sure they will make their parents very proud of the individuals they grow up to become because of the head start they have with mommy and daddy.
