Nice post. Only quibble is that Byrd is not leading the team. Cowgill Is hitting .429 and then Recker and Satin are above them but with fewer ABs.

Everyone always says Wright is not as clutch as Jeter, well look at how clutch he is when you surround Wright with talent. No doubt in my mind Jeter would have never been Mr. clutch if he had played on the mets, Jeter was forever blessed with a team USA like line up.

Nice to see Duda make contact and show signs of progress as he continues to prep for the season. Now with news of Capt Kirk getting better along with Zack and Murphy just need to get everyone healthy and ready for the start of the season.
Santana will have to just wait and see how close to being ready he will be to joining the team as we near the end of camp. Right now since it is looking more and more like he may not be with the club when camp breaks what matters is just making sure he is ready to go when the time comes even if it means it costs him missing the start of the season.
