Yes you are correct as Wally was already in the organization with the Cyclones when SA was hired.

However at the initial press conference SA said he wasn’t against hiring a fiery manager. Also he named Chip Hale and Bob Melvin as possible managerial candidates. Terry Collins name was never mentioned.

I on’t know whybut something in the back of my head tls me Wally is a Gambler and that wuld be a very bad thing for him if I’m right….
Especially if someone with a cell phone snatches a picture of him by a sportsbook…

maybe he can come up for 2014 in a package deal with Wally when he replaces Collins, who can take Warthen with him.

I believe the new GM for 2014 is a big Wally guy anyway. So might as well make it a clean sweep.
