Jason Bay Close To Deal With Mariners
ESPN.com’s Brock and Salk show has reported that the Seattle Mariners are close to a deal with former Mets outfielder Jason Bay. At this point the potential terms of the deal have not been disclosed. If you remember, The Seattle Mariners were one of the other teams in pursuit of Bay when the Mets eventually won out and signed him. It’s too bad they didn’t outbid the Mets during that forgettable offseason.
