The Philadelphia Phillies have acquired centerfielder and leadoff man Ben Revere from the Minnesota Twins according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. The Mariners have agreed to terms with free-agent outfielder Jason Bay on a major-league contract and are close to finalizing, reports CBS Sports’s Jon Heyman.
