Lee Gordon is not gonna be a Met unless the entire front office, the manager and coaches were in “Oz” when the Mets played the Dodgers last year. He was so bad defensively, that I almost felt sorry for the guy. At the plate…he looked like the proverbial deer whose was frozen by oncoming headlights1

I’ll go on record as saying I absolutely want him to remain a Met – especially if the reported rumors are true and he’s only looking for 2 years at something like $26 MIL.

Dee Gordon can run like the wind but I recall poor defense. Not much power but hit .300 in the minors. Has a lot of talent and upside, but is far from polished. I am however, strong proponent of speed.

As for the Zach Lee, we’re not in need of more right hand pitching in the lower minors. We need major league ready outfieders and catcher.

That’s insane! Imagine Harvey, wheeler, Lee, and Niese in ’14. If they’re really looking towards ’14, id seriously consider that deal if they exchange Gordon with someone who can play the outfield and hit good by 2014. That a great rotation if all the chips fall correctly and then your offense isn’t as important.

That isnt a bad offer at all if you have faith in Zach Lee’s stuff….Dee Gordon would be a nice fit he has much better range at SS than Tejada and could move Tejada over to 2B a position that fits his offensive production………..welllllllllllllll thats if Gordon didnt commit so many errors….lol…….

Id rather Outfield prospect Joc Pederson from the Dodgers or even Yasiel Puig…..Alderson should be able to get more than Gordon and Lee from some team

This actually sets a great precedent in the RA Stakes. It’s their #1 prospect (although his stats ain’t great) and an MLB player that has some promise (although i don’t like his stats either).
