In Canada, Foot-and-Mouth Disease , is a reportable disease under the Health of Animals Act, and all cases must be reported to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Apparantly one Jason Bay was infected and not properly inspected.

This proves that even when you shop for steaks and put them in the freezer, you may have to throw them out especially during a power outage.
