The Mets look to keep last night’s success going as they take on the Brewers in game two of the series. With the Pirates fading, the Mets have a chance to play spoiler for the Brewers by beating them down as Jenry Mejia makes his season debut. In the majors this year he has allowed 1 ER in 2 innings of work and in 2010 he pitched 39.0 innings with a 4.62 ERA. In three leagues in the minors this year he combined to 92.2 innings of work with an ERA of 3.59. In his career he has pitched one inning against the Brewers holding them to a hit and a walk.
