Don’t you think that any team that plays the METS plays for one run, two at the most. If they get one up on the METS they can win 75% of the time and if they get two runs that jumps to 98%. I honestly never thought a professional baseball team could STINK so bad but they do!

SMH… You know what’s going to be worse than what we’re watching? the offseason where we will all be indulge into thinking that SA had another good day by making a BS trade and probably signing 2 or 3 “undervalue” guys to help and us believing that going into next season we’ll somehow have a shot at do anything… It’s no longer ohh, the season will be over and we’d be looking for the offseason, it’s like things are not gonna get better anytime soon..
But hey, somehow, it’s not SA’s fault, it’s the wilpons, and god forbid anyone of us who saw this charade from day one criticize the man because that means we personally hate the guy..
Shame on us for noticing right away he was here to slash payroll and not give a f*** about the franchise and its fans.
Shame on us for thinking SA’s day as a baseball man were loooong gone…
Shame on us (some of you) for thinking he was this great GM at finding undervalue players at a cheap cost to help the team…
Whoever, and i don’t care who, has said we somehow are headed in the right direction, or that likes the situation we’re in needs to apologize to each one of us who were called haters and other names for exposing this whole FO, its three gm’s and their garbage ass phylosophy!

Did it really seem that there were over 20,000 in the stands tonight? That is almost half capacity and Citi did not seem neither half full or half empty.

Even though the fans are staying away, considering it was R.A. pitching, that tickets were virtually being given away for the cost of a can of Pepsi (not to mention kids free and the R.A. Dickey three pack) – not to mention the usual contingent coming up from Philadelphia (now that they are back in the race) – plus nice weather, that’s a bad crowd, even by Met standards these days.

Mets are now what 4-23 over their last 27 games at home? Geez…

It doesn’t matter who is put in the lineup right now they just can not score at home. Over their last 14 home games the Mets have averaged 1.5 runs per game. Heck the last time they score 4 or more runs at home was back on Aug 12th.

Last chance to see Harvey this season looks to be tomorrow before he is shut down. Not much else to look forward to after that with reports now that Familia won’t get a start.

He said Harvey was a funny name.
