That said, no one can ever complain the man doesn’t care. I know stealing signs is a part of the game; then again, the game has so many unspoken rules maybe Backman wasn’t right to call out the other team in this manner, or maybe the other team weren’t right to deny it and insult Wally’s intelligence.

I don’t know. What I do know is he’ll miss Zack Wheeler’s debut, so that sucks; but he stuck up for his guys, and that’s always good.
