Said that 3 weeks ago. and it’s becoming more obvious by the day. and the worst part is, you hear all the report about payroll being the same or even less that what it is as of now. it’s gonna get ugly, real ugly. As i said before, mets should trade wright and get more prospects. 2014 as i had predicted seem more and more reality each day.

I know Gio played a big part in that but for once it be nice to win a series. Since July 1st the Mets have won 2 games in a row twice. The last coming August 1st and 2nd vs the Giants. Getting back to .500 is looking further and further away.

Cedeno has more rbi’s this month 9 than Wright – 4, Murphy – 4 and Hairston – 0 combined.

Rockies come in for 4 tomorrow followed by the Astros. At this point you have to wonder if a 4-3 home stand is within reach. Hopefully Dickey can keep get a win to start the home stand.
