He sucks, but it’s just such a lineup of losers on most days.

I know T.C. tries, but he’s been dealt a crappy hand, and he just isn’t a star-quality manager. Frankly, I don’t imagine there’d be much difference if a Randolph or Manuel were running the team now.

Sure, a guy like Valdy didn’t need to slide last night, but he might have thought the play to 1B was going to come down to a tag. At least I see that kid giving his all.

Spin’s luster has worn off and his swing is showing the holes that the pitchers have figured out.

The elephant in the room revolves around Bay and his contract, but that is a HUGE roster spot right now. At the very least they could bring back Duda .. maybe we could see Lutz again or Satin platooning with Ike. No can do, they gotta have Bay just sitting there so they can get their money’s worth (????) .. occasionally getting a pinch hit and looking soooo LOST.

And the Johan decision … why not just pull the plug? Get another Buffalo stud like Mejia or McHugh.

September seems like months away.

I say send down the young kids not performing and bring up some other who might be grateful to be here and will fight every at bat, dive for balls, take proper leads and extra bases on hits cause the current version seem complacent!
