High Inside just below the letters on the black? IMPOSSIBLE to hit!
Breaking pitch that paints the lower inside corner almost impossible unless you have a good golf swing.

Lots of pitches a pItcher can throw for strikes that don’t have to be hittable.
And each batter adds his own hole to that list!

If you can’t hit a strike then you aren’t going to be in the majors long (or even likely make it in the first place).

Nimmo needs to stay aggressive. We do not need a walk machine. Plate discipline is great, but he needs to learn when to explode on the ball.

Their philsophy works great at A and AA bal but once they get to the Majors the problem is you can force a pitcher to throw strikes but because he can throw strikes you can’t hit your a dead duck!
