I Mean, Lol, how bad is this bullpen??? At this point, if the GM of the franchise do not care, why should we? Even though we love the team with this man at the helm this situation will not get better. He doesn’t like spending on FA, now it seems the team does not wanna spend on draftees either, so we’d be stuck with the 1 and 2 year deals for bums like rauch, FFF, carrasco, bucholtz, byrdak’s, etc… This situation will not get better anytime soon, just ask the SD padres who are still feeling the Wrath of sandy out there…

Keith said that about Bernadino slide but Darling said later in game when Torres was going into 2b on a DP how he didn’t even slide, just went to side of base instead of returning the favor to team that just hurt your SS; this is what is wrong on this team the guys you expect to set examples are the worst ones on team Bay, Torres, Nickeas, etc probably have a lot of DP among them.
Someone needs to deliver a msg to their infield or pitch inside to Bernadino next time.

What can TC do for these young kids when the established vets are among the worst on team?

Bay, why are you even playing?
Why isn’t Murph hitting higher in lineup?
Why is it that an error always occurs when BP is in and it leads to bad innings?

Ouch, as Keith said at the end, too bad TC gave up the yelling cause the vets on this team are too quiet, other than David, aren’t putting out what is expected of them and rookies.

My heart hurts when I see a great game by Young, then see Spin hit into two DP then Bay comes up with Murph on 2b, two outs, 9th inning and he delivers the ground ball or K that he is known for.
How long is he going to be allowed to hurt this team, he isn’t even hitting LH pitching either.

This game pretty much sums up the current state of affairs: One step forward (Starting Pitching), but 2 steps back (situational hitting and “closing”).

Hoping big-time that they make more moves than just sending Beato down. Nickeas is near worthless, either Duda or Ike at first (both should not remain on the roster), and trade anyone that has value (Byrdak and Hairston probably could bring a B prospect each; maybe Cedeno and Turner could bring in a marginal prospect each?).

I’ve shown more patience with the F.O. than many, but there has to be a shake-up before the next road-trip for me to think they have a “plan.”

So glad Beato’s gone. Don’t know what anyone sees in him. He wasn’t good last year – outside of like 2 weeks and he’s worse this year. Yes, it leaves a man short in the pen but with Beato as the 7th man, it’s the same thing.

Sigh and now we are 2 games below .500.

Young pitched a solid game dare I say great even. Giving up the 2 run HR to Harper in the 1st and then proceeding to pitch a no-hitter the next 6 innings. When your playing the best team in the NL and you get such a performance from Young you have to score runs for him. If the pen then comes in and shuts them down for 2 more innings you definitely want to score some runs and avoid going extra innings. Cause you know with every pitching change made it is only a matter of time before someone gives up a run and sure enough that is what happened.

Beato has been optioned to Buffalo so we will see who comes back in his place.

Valdespin hitting into those dp’s sure sucked the life out of Tejada’s 3 hits and finally I know Keith said the Bernadina slide was a clean play but I just don’t like that spikes up slide by him aimed right into Tejada’s shins with a straight leg. Ronnie was right Torres needed to slide in there and send a message.

Dickey on the hill 2morrow. A win and we can maybe at least think of taking 2 out of 3.
