2. Great point Bay. We’ve raved about lots of things Mets in 2012, but I’ve yet to see any of us Mets fans start to rave about the work Warthen has done with this staff. It will be interesting to see how long they can keep this MLB staff together, but Warthen has certainly been earning his next contract – with these results, I hope it’s with the Mets.

I think if this continues he’ll be in demand while his fan base is just WAITING to sink their teeth into this outstanding pitching coach. He’s worked with this young Mets staff from the day they all arrived in the majors.
