Wilmer Flores projects into a corner infielder or outfielder. The rap against him in the past is that he hit for little power. That's all changed. This year at St. Lucie he hit 10 homers and had a .289 average.

With all the injuries Reese Havens has experienced, the Mets must be wondering when the other shoe will drop. He got off to a terrible start this year, probably due to all the time he's missed. But in his last 8 games, he's compiled hits in 7 of them while posting a .296 average. He still hasn't put up power numbers like he's done in the past.

Looking at some of the Minors Box scores and congrats to Mazzoni on his 1st win in his AA debut. 7 innings of 1-run ball throwing 94 pitches 68 for strikes. Wheeler pitched well but not as dominant as I'd begun to get accustomed to. Pitched 6 innings of 2 run ball (1 earned) throwing 99 pitches 63 for strikes.

Ooops! My mistake I meant to say Degrom dont know how I got that mixed up....He had a late start but has been dominant in Sally with a nice K/BB ratio.

I was surprised the Mets pushed Estarlin back to the Sally this year after doing a decent job in the FSL in 2011. As for Verrett it does suck for him but if he stays healthy he should catch up by this time next year.

Pill was already promoted to PSL. Hasn't done so hot through 2 starts but he'll get through it.

I mentioned it before, but it's a shame Verrett got hurt when he did, as well as Estarlin Morel, because those two would've gotten promotions as well.

and yes, Mateo is a beast. Hopefully, he'll be the next best thing coming through the system.

Promotion time in the minors are always a fun time for those whom follow the farm. Gives you a sense of what the FO thinks of some of its prospects development.

In regards to the vacant SS spot with Savannah I think Matt Reynolds whom we drafted this year with one of our 2nd rd picks has to factor in this equation as well, not for the Gnats but he would be the replacement for Gamboa or Evans in Brooklyn...He supposedly is a good defender and can play 2B,SS as well as 3B.

Right now Aderlin Rodriguez is being left behind by Marte and Flores.. He is still real young and has look good as of late hopefully he continues to improve.

Dustin Lawley and Tyler Pill should be the next 2 promoted from Savannah

I think Mateo is a stud.
