Love RA Dickey. He just keeps getting better and better with that knuckle ball.

Have to give credit to the defense as well. With all the injuries piling up, all the swamping in and out going on – everyone for the most part is focused and playing crisp ball.

Of course, not seeing the BP for a couple of days has helped……got a couple new pieces there so here’s hoping that will help in that area.

To Bayonne’s credit, he has said Murph is much improved, and that Murph has surprised him.

I think you are right about Murph, but he still has a ways to go in keeping himself at a lower risk of serious injury when he pivots to throw to first in turning the DP; still find myself holding my breath.

I would like to hear from Bayonne. The one who said Daniel Murphy would never be a 2nd baseman on the Mets or any other team. Will he ever admit he was wrong. Murphy has turned up his defense and made a lot of good plays. Today was an example.

Fantastic game. Even when we don’t hit much, Mets find amazing ways to win.

Dickey is just pitching phenomenally.

When have we last had back-to-back CG SOs?

The Mets take the best offensive team in the NL and shut them out back to back games. Complete game shutouts no less. Thanks to Santana & Dickey.

Mets bats took advantage of the Cardinals errors and Dickey did the rest as the Mets are now 7 games above .500.

Positive for me is the great start by R.A. Dickey today and this season overall.

Let’s go for 8 above .500 2morrow.
