From 1983 to 1985 I worked with Greg in an office with a bunch of his brothers. Greg was one of 10 children hence the name "10 Goose Boxing". Greg was definitely a character. He was a rough and tumble guy and loved to argue. He enjoyed pushing your buttons but in the end it was all in fun. Unfortunately, Greg loved his drink also. After his father died he seemed to get a little worse. His brothers took great care of him. As you said he helped them with the boxing and appeared with Gene Hackman in all those pictures. I remember Greg being intense but always keeping the room in a good mood. RIP Greg.

Hi Barry,

Thanks again for another wonderful trip down memory lane.

Sure do remember Greg Goosen from the early years. On a channel nine television special before the 1967 opened, Yogi Berra couldn't say enough about Goosen and the tremendous potential he had. If I recall, Goosen was a personal project of Yogi's at the time.
