Travis Taijeron is fast becoming one of the better Mets prospects at least in the lower minors. 7 homers an 21 RBI in 92 at-bats with a 1.049 OPS. Damn!!! This after a great first pro season last year in Brooklyn!

Leathersich is too good for Low A hitters. He should be bumped up to St Lucie. that kid is dominant.

Hefner should be in the bigs already. What’s the hold up? All Batista is gonna do is get torn apart like his last start. Also, why is Leathersich still in Savannah? He needs real competition. The way he takes apart teams in A ball, it’s just unfair.

Another good day at the plate for Taijeron 3 for 4 1/2B, 1/3B, 2/RBI, 3/R Keep it up kid. Hefner pitched like a man that wants to get called up to the Bigs. If Batista bombs in his next start he may get what he wants.
