If the heart of the order was crushing the ball like we all expected, the Mets would be getting more big leads in earlier innings and the bullpen wouldn’t be as big an issue.

There are too many players that have played poor defense being brought up and the lack of continuity in infield and OF has cost this team many games.

The BP turnover I lay at SA’s feet cause he got Ramirez, supposedly a LH specialist that can’t get anyone out, DJ, and Acosta though eventually DFA, he said our weakness last year would be addressed for this year and it is worse, 26 decisions by BP is ridiculous I would say.
