In regards to Ike, once Duda gets himself on track (and it appears he is well on his way) Ike will start seeing better pitches and break out of it.

He is still in the proccess of getting his swing and timing against MLB pitching back but if Duda gets back up to average that will be easier to do.

These road wins are important right now. They have a hellacious road schedule right now and if they can come out of it remaining above .500 it will be a major hurdle towards any potential playoff chances they have. Lckily they aren’t playing anyone all that strong at the moment.

Philiies are the strongest team they play amnd if they win that series we could put a big dent in thier psyche! Not to mention the lift to ours!

I guess we found our clean up hitter till Ike, who had some good swings tonight, gets it together. Duda hit cleanup a few times last year plus his temperament is perfect for the position.

Gee showed how special he is while taking team and staff on his back to pitch the toughest game so far for him in a band box of a park with a team that scores a lot here.
Great game Gee and Happy Birthday too! Oh, can you shave that critter on your chin, it scares my dog away.

After last night’s team debacle it was special to see Gee handle this Rox team, bad pitches to Moscoso but you held tough.

Hey only 1 error tonight, this has got to stop.

Good Lord. If Wright/Duda/Ike all get hot at the same time, this might turn into a serious run producing lineup!!!

Duda is really starting hit after a slow start to the year. I think he was hitting in the .170′s not too long ago. Now he’s hitting .260.

Davis looks like he’s swinging the bat much better the last few games – It’s only a matter of time before he breaks out.

I completely forgot to mention “The Dudabides!” 2 run shot. He is definitely getting hot and if Ike ever gets it going it is going to be interesting to see what those 2 can do together in that lineup.

Nice win tonight especially after yesterdays debacle.

Give it up for Gee who after giving up the 3 runs in the 4th only allowed 1 base runner the next 3 innings. Happy Birthday Win Gee. Nice to see Murphy recover from that 0 for last nite to get 3 hits and could of had 4 if not for some good defense by the Rockies. Ike looked a lot better at the plate (hang in there Ike).

Positives again has to be the pitching. Gonzalez, Tulo and Helton are some tough outs and Gee & Byrdak keeping it at 4 at Coors is a job well done in my book. Props to Francisco though he bent he didn’t break and got the job done. Finally Mr Tejada with 3 hits tonight to go along with 4 last night. Nice job Mr Tejada.

Honorable mention to Mr. Wright and his continued good play and yes Keith, I agree Wright has thrown the ball a lot better this season to 1st. Now to take the series and get back to 4 games above .500.
